New hires are never more motivated and enthusiastic than their first day of work. The first 30 days sets a stage for a successful career. You are accountable and need them to ramp up quickly to become a contributing member of your team. We will look at best practices, beyond the employee benefits and HR procedures, for getting new hires acclimated and who should be involved in this process.

  • Review the variety of ways to acclimate the person to the organization
  • Understand the dynamics of bringing a new person onto your team
  • Draft an on-boarding roadmap for your new hire
